Founder, Director, Instructor
Good Manners Group, LLC
Liz Aquino enthusiastically launched the Good Manners Group, LLC in 2002 to bring a refreshing and modern-day perspective to the industry. Dispelling the myth that etiquette is a lost art form and only for the 1 percent, Liz designed groundbreaking and inspiring etiquette courses with a fresh spin — that are not daunting to implement.
Liz is a consultant specializing in social etiquette and protocol. She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. She earned her Master of Science Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Tech and successfully completed the University of Virginia’s education licensure program to become a state certified teacher. Liz traveled the country as Director of Meetings and Education for the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy and was both a public and private schoolteacher.
Liz is the etiquette expert on Pittsburgh Today Live where she does monthly segments giving practical and easy-to-implement tips on various topics. She has brought her manners expertise to athletic organizations, public and private schools, people new to or visiting America, country clubs, non-profit organizations, job training centers, homeschool groups, public libraries, scouts, and various other individuals and groups. A volunteer for groups which promote confidence and teach both social and work skills in underprivileged communities, Liz resides in Pennsylvania with her husband and three children.
